• Membership Term: Memberships are annual and must be renewed each year to maintain benefits.

• Age Requirement: All members and guests must be 21 years of age or older. Valid ID is required upon entry.

• Dress Code: Members and guests must maintain a casual appearance — collared shirts or polos recommended. No athletic wear, tank tops, or flip-flops.

• Guest Policy: Members are responsible for the conduct and purchases of their guests. Guests must adhere to all lounge rules and may only visit when accompanied by an active member.

• Cigar & Drink Minimums: Minimum purchases apply during each visit to ensure the best lounge experience and to support our premium environment.

• Outside Cigars: Members may bring their own cigars for a $10 cutting fee (waived for Gold Members). Outside beverages are not permitted.

• Behavior & Conduct: Respectful behavior toward staff and guests is mandatory. Disruptive, loud, or inappropriate conduct will result in disciplinary action, up to membership revocation. If membership is revoked due to misconduct, the membership fee is non-refundable.

• Drink Lockers: Locker access is available for Silver and Gold  Memberships. Your membership must be current to have a locker.  Lockers are property of Lounge on Main and must be renewed quarterly. Unclaimed bottles after expiration will be held for 30 days before returning to the shelf.  Bottles shall be replaced quarterly.  $2 locker pour each drink.

• Smoking Etiquette: Be considerate of other guests’ space. Avoid overpowering scents or perfumes. Use ashtrays properly and dispose of cigars respectfully.

• Events & Reservations: Members will receive advance notice of all special events and must RSVP to secure spots. Private event hosting is available for Gold Members by request.

Termination of Membership:

Lounge on Main reserves the right to suspend or revoke memberships due to violation of policies or failure to meet conduct standards. If membership is involuntarily terminated, the membership fee is non-refundable
