Do not use this company. I’ve used several dumpster companies in DFW and when they give you a quote it’s pretty spot on, minus a little up charge if there is some overage. Texas Rubbish quoted me $418 for a 20 yard dumpster and it wasn’t even full to the top when picked up and they ran my card for $716 - claimed it was over weight limit. My experience with Texas Rubbish and their response back to my phone calls and request have been horrible. We have been calling for almost a week for a dumpster pick up and there has been no response back from Texas Rubbish in regard to this request. We entered our address on their website and it showed we were in their service area. Rented the dumpster for 10 days. Paid $465. The city of mesquite picked it up after 1.5 days and impounded it because Texas Rubbish is NOT allowed to rent dumpsters in mesquite. They said they have picked up a lot of their dumpsters and they pay to get them out of impound. I asked Texas Rubbish for a partial refund and have been getting blown off and no response in weeks. Don’t do business with this scam company.
