The utter incompetence lies in the company itself.  First, they failed to fax my blood work results to the clinic they needed to go to.  After having to fight with them to get that rectified, they THEN put my blood work orders in under the incorrect DOB which prevented any blood work results from Labcorp getting to where they needed to go.  You CANNOT be making such mistakes when you are dealing with people's lives. That infection could've killed me, and when I wasn't getting the help I needed, she went to bat for me. She was my advocate, my caregiver, and became a friend. Angel puts others needs before hers. Some days were tough but she got me to the point where I was confident and strong enough not to depend on the walker.
