The utter incompetence lies in the company itself.  First, they failed to fax my blood work results to the clinic they needed to go to.  After having to fight with them to get that rectified, they THEN put my blood work orders in under the incorrect DOB which prevented any blood work results from Labcorp getting to where they needed to go.  You CANNOT be making such mistakes when you are dealing with people's lives. Some days were tough but she got me to the point where I was confident and strong enough not to depend on the walker.
