Posted on chloe kindleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. zero stars if i could. this company ONLY cares about covering themselves with state(who's been called MULTIPLE times on this company) I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.Posted on Christina StuartTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Zero stars Tuesday 9-16 will be a week I was employed by them and called crying because of my client. Uncomfortable and horrifying. Still nobody has called back. I tried for two weeks to get help. Nobody knows how to hold a conversation. they do not care about the client either. I'm looking at calling the state now. Don't work here everPosted on Joshua ZTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If i could give 0 stars i would! Very disapointed just by the way they answer so careless so unempathetic... girl said system is down but asked for my info.Posted on Ms. ?Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Horrible agency. I do not recommend them.Posted on Honest CustomerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wow 32 5 star reviews all 11-12 mos ago. Several indicate this is their employer which is against Google review policy as a conflict of interest. Anyhow Mom was a patient. Provider took forever getting the initial evaluation done even though they accepted the referral from another HHA that was booked. Keep passing it on instead of having Mom wait 3 weeks since hospital release. Scheduling was a mess. They do not keep you with the same Providers. This made it a challenge to manage progress and needs. If I were not sitting there everytime with Mom to advocate for her, this would have turned out less effective than it was to begin with. One Nurse was bothered by helping fill the pill box. Thank you all though. You are appreciated but please consider some training on empathy and compassion. Ask yourself How would you want your own mother treated?Posted on Kimberly MolengraafTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had knee replacement and was told PT would be out in a day or 2. I had to call numerous times and finally someone was sent out. He states he was on vacation and the company should have sent someone else. The PTA Courtney was wonderful and did a great job. Then back to the PT, he did not show up for the set time for my discharge. When I called him he acted like he didn’t know who I was and then said he had be scheduled later. Very unprofessional. Poor communication. Then the nurse I had, he came once and was not interested in coming back for the pain pump removal, I had to do myself and then the dressing change. What is the purpose of sending a nurse out anyhow. Poor company and if I have to have my other knee done I will beg my doctor not to use this company.Posted on Nan KirkpatrickTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The only reason they have a 3.5 rating on Google reviews is because they've clearly had employees go in and leave good reviews. My experience as a patient was abysmal. I got out of the hospital after an infection in June with a month of IV antibiotics to be administered at home. Home Care Providers of Texas was to come by every week and take blood to make sure my antibiotics weren't harming my kidneys and change my PICC line dressing. The first week they were supposed to come by, the nurse simply did not show up and no one contacted me as to why or for rescheduling, so I went two weeks without PICC line redressing, which was very disconcerting for my doctors. I also went two weeks without having my blood tested. When I called after a period of days to find out what was going on, I was told that the nurse simply didn't show up. I asked them to note this and make sure I wasn't billed for the visit. Well guess what happened: I was billed for the visit. The next week the nurse did come, and when she took my blood for the lab she simply sucked it into two syringes and placed those syringes in a latex glove for transport with no labeling or anything. Now, my guess is this is not just her fault but the fault of the company. If you look through these reviews you'll see mention of lack of adequate supplies provided by Home Care Providers of Texas. Not surprisingly, she called me after a couple of days and said she needed to come back by and get more blood because the lab couldn't use the blood she'd pulled the last time. To top it off they billed me for two nursing visits on the day that the person came by to sign me up for the service. Not only did I not receive two visits that day, I also didn't receive any nursing care. They basically charged me for a sales call -- twice. My care is complete now, and I would not ever use or recommend Home Care Providers of Texas again.Posted on C LoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Worst place to work would not recommend to anyone. Got hired then was told I wouldn't be paid for three weeks and was asked to sign a paper. To top it off I was hired for cleaning services not home health.Posted on Tiana TateTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had their service in March of 2024 with my mom. The lack of communication between them and the nurse's is a huge problem. My mom has a trach a nurse came to assess her and didn't even know how to perform trach care. Ordering supplies was an constant issue. It would take awhile for them to come. The nurses was good! The company sucks!Posted on Caroline OmetzTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very poor communication on their part. 1.said we would have required Medication when we got home. Not there. We had to call them and then they told us the ‘rules’ (not before) 2. Finished the treatment & had an appointment with the nurse the next day. No show. No call. I had to call an indifferent staffer and they said sorry, you’ll have to wait 3 days to have the midline removed. They didn’t seem to care. No apologies.
