I left 2 stars just because the team was always nice and pleasant to work with. But the level of professionalism is close to 0. I paid them a lot of money, spent a lot of money on my FB ads to get absolutely no results. No testing was done, no retargeting, no offer testing or any kind of strategy. I hired them to save money on our adwords bill.  They were horrible.  The team working on our account was totally out of touch with our business model despite having several meetings and email correspondences.  We paid them thousands before we realized how horrible they are and how much they cost us in inefficient adwords management. Katie has been doing out PPC campaign for the past couple of weeks and the difference it's made is outstanding. The number of calls we get per week has almost doubled! Any time we call in to Thrive they are always available to answer the phones and are always very friendly.
