DFW Ponds has been servicing our pond for about 5 years.  For us, they check and clean filters, treat the water, and maintain the plants.  Their service is steady, consistent, and easy to contact for help.  They have also helped with fish stocking and equipment repairs and recently installed a leaf screen on our pond to help with predator abatement. Absolute masterpiece! Trey & his team are landscape artists. I cannot say enough regarding attention to detail, respectful of property, vision, & final product. The care and passion for what they do is extraordinary. I will say, you definitely pay to the years and experience they bring to the table, you will NOT be Disappointed! Super knowledgeable staff and a great selection of materials and plants. We had Trey, Dillon and their team do a makeover on our backyard pond this Fall, and it's looking great! Since then; we've also visited their stone yard (Paradise Stone), to purchase pond plants and additional gravel and stone. I have 5 water features at my home.  They told me it was $350 to come out and look to give me a quote for regular maintenance.  I made an appointed. We have a pond that was not built by DFW Ponds. It was a poor design and did not have enough filtration system. It was always green and we couldn't even see the fish. We had Trey come and assess the issue and come up with a solution. He added an external low-maintenance filter. Now I have happy fish! The pond is crystal clear. Should have done this years ago! DFW Ponds did a great job with completely revamping and enlarging one of my ponds.   They have a great sense of design and made several "on the fly" changes which enhanced the overall beauty of the pond.   Furthermore,  they have very good follow up servicing to take of issues which is exceptionally important.  Based upon my experience I decided to do more business with them and added a pondless waterfalls.  They used the same creativity as with our main pond to assure that the water feature blended well with our backyard. I couldn't be happier with their work.  We have received countless complements about our pond and water feature.   I highly recommend DFW Ponds.  They do an exceptional job along with being highly ethical.
