If I could rate it solely on the nurse, it would be 5 stars across the board.  The utter incompetence lies in the company itself.  First, they failed to fax my blood work results to the clinic they needed to go to.  After having to fight with them to get that rectified, they THEN put my blood work orders in under the incorrect DOB which prevented any blood work results from Labcorp getting to where they needed to go.  You CANNOT be making such mistakes when you are dealing with people's lives.  I would not recommend this company to anybody who actually needs reliable testing done.

Cuddle Me Home Health was a literal lifesaver. They sent me an Angel - literally!! Angel (Angela), took care of me post liver transplant. She went above and beyond to make sure that I healed properly, as well as comfortably, and cosmetically. She made sure my doctor's appointments went well. When an infection grew, she told me exactly what to do, and checked in with us until she knew I was okay. That infection could've killed me, and when I wasn't getting the help I needed, she went to bat for me. She was my advocate, my caregiver, and became a friend. Angel puts others needs before hers. She protects her patients, cares for them, and heals them with their best interest in mind. She upholds her responsibilities as a nurse, is honest, trustworthy, and protects her patients. I had a total Right hip Replacement 10/24/24 Cuddle Me Home Cares physical therapist Mrs. Gernise Flowers came to my home 3 days a week. From 10/24 -11/15 She explained to me what exercises I would be doing during the course of her time with me. Some days were tough but she got me to the point where I was confident and strong enough not to depend on the walker. I now use a cane and am confident enough to climb stairs, get in and out of bed with ease, getting in and out of the shower, shop for a short period of time etc. Mrs.Flowers is knows her stuff. Her personality is A1, I truly enjoyed our time. I also want to thank Ashli the nurse as well. I didn't see her as often but she was always  very kind and extremely helpful.
