I had the pleasure to working with John B at new view roofing. I have know him for a while before my roof needed repairs. He is extremely charismatic and personable always a joy to be around.  While I didn’t need a full replacement, I did need repairs on my roof and he got it done fast ! Excellent work! After a major storm hit our area recently, I had multiple roofers knocking on my door offering quotes and bids. Thankfully, I didn’t need their services because I had my roof replaced two years ago by Gavin and his team. I cannot recommend them enough! Gavin was incredibly friendly, reliable, and professional throughout the entire process. His crew worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job without any issues. In the past, I’ve had trust issues with other roofing companies, but Gavin and his team stood out for their honesty and integrity. When minor problems arose, they addressed them promptly, without any hesitation. What really set Gavin apart was his team’s expertise in handling insurance claims. They have former insurance appraisers on staff who went above and beyond to ensure I received the maximum coverage possible—far more than my insurance initially estimated. This significantly reduced my out-of-pocket expenses, which was a huge relief. In addition to roofing, Gavin’s team also handled our gutters and exterior house painting with the same level of professionalism and quality. Although we didn’t need any fence work, I know they offer restaining services for hail-damaged fences as well. If you’re considering roof repairs or replacements, I strongly recommend reaching out to Gavin. He and his team are trustworthy, skilled, and committed to doing the best job possible. Scott Berlin is the BEST sales, delivery, and project manager you will ever meet when it comes to replacing your roof and anything else when it comes to hail damage.  Scott is a true professional and a very courteous person.  He is very patient and very thorough and knowledgeable in his work.  He did an amazing job replacing our roof, gutters, fence, etc.  He was very fair in his dealings with me and the insurance company. I cannot recommend Scott Berlin with New View Roofing enough. We had major storm damage to our roof and other structures (gutters, windows, pergola, siding, as well as our fence).  This was the first time I had to use my home insurance for major repairs (thankfully) so the process was new for me.  Scott walked me through the entire process so it was clear and I would know what to expect.  Every question and every request was met with a very quick and helpful response -- always there to assist and make it as seemless as possible.  He made what could have been a daunting project super easy, and most importantly the job was done quickly and done well.  No need to look further for any repair or contracting jobs. I got lucky ! Very good work on time efficient and very clean in Plano, Texas. Fast response and done...Don't think twice..
