 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My daughter found this facility when she needed someplace to help her ground herself. She made an excellent choice. The staff was very caring and showed great concern for her well being. They were patient and answered all questions from the intake to the discharge. My daughter really enjoyed the diversity of programs, events and materials that were available for the residents, and although she faced some challenges even while there, I feel as though she was provided tools and lessons to help her cope. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to personally meet her caseworker Bess, but she kept in touch with me throughout her stay and even followed up after her discharge. I would definitely recommend Lonestar for youself, a family member, friend or loved one.

It is one of the finest establishments I’ve ever seen or been given the pleasure of tour. He came out after almost 2 months completely stable and ready to resume outpatient therapy.   It was a great experience from our family perspective.  Staff was helpful and communicated well.
