A frustration turned into a company
City House started with a frustration a lot of our founders shared firsthand: buying a home meant getting handed off between five different people, none of whom seemed to know your name. Rates changed without warning. Emails went unanswered for days. The “closing table surprise” was somehow considered normal.
We built City House to fix that. Our team is made up of licensed loan officers who’ve worked inside big banks and small local lenders — and pulled the best of both into one place.
