How It work?

Small tagline text here.

Initial Consultation - 10-minute phone call to see if you qualify

A solar agent will schedule a brief call with you to confirm that your home or business is a good fit for solar. During the call, we’ll review your roof structure, property shading, utility options, and financing, and answer any questions you may have.

Custom Solar Solutions Quote

Each property is unique, and every homeowner has specific needs. That’s why we believe every solar system should be fully customized to meet your goals and preferences. We design and build your solar system (and backup power setup) tailored to your budget and requirements.

Solar Design Review & Site Survey

Our solar design process is completely transparent and collaborative. We’ll review the proposed photovoltaic system design with you, answering any questions and discussing any modifications you’d like. Once you’re fully satisfied with the design, we’ll perform a detailed, in-person site survey to ensure we have a complete and accurate understanding of your property.

Solar Onboarding

Switching to renewable energy with North Texas Solar is simple and stress-free. We handle all the heavy lifting, making the transition as easy as possible for you. Our team will guide you through reviewing and approving the necessary agreements, ensuring everything is in place for us to start work. We also coordinate with your utility provider to confirm your switch to solar.

Design, Permitting, & HOA Approval

Congratulations–you’re going solar! At this stage in the process, you will receive frequent updates as our team works through design, permitting, and HOA approval with the respective governing bodies. ‘Out Solar Company’ has a combined 25 years of experience in the solar industry and we also have a master electrician to ensure this step of the process goes smoothly.

Solar Installation & Battery Installation

This is usually the stage in going solar where homeowners are the most excited: installation day. Our Solar Company’s leadership team will keep you informed regarding your installation specifics and our construction crews are not only specially trained, but truly diligent. Our goal is always to execute a perfect installation and leave your home better than it was before switching to solar.

Final Inspection & PTO

Our solar engineers will conduct a final walkthrough with you before submitting your system for permission to operate (PTO) with your utility. We’ll manage the entire inspection process with the city and secure the PTO from your utility company, ensuring your system is fully connected, compliant, and ready to operate.

Customer Satisfaction Review

A few months after your system is installed and saving you money, our team will follow up to gather your feedback on the entire experience. Your insights help us refine our processes and enhance our project management, allowing us to serve you better. Additionally, we’re always grateful for referrals and would be happy to share details about our referral program.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nick is the worst sales person I've ever dealt with. Company uses deceptive sales practices and, in my case, many months with no installation and disappearing with no contact or explanation. My only review is BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY FROM GNRG!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had to withdraw from the install agreement as GNRG never installed the system in 4 months after contract was signed and kept changing the underlying PPA agreement ( 3 times) to the Buyer's detriment. It has been a real nightmare to deal with them,. GNRG Sales would promise but never deliver, and disappear with no communications. I advise everyone to NEVER do BUSINESS with them, no matter how good a deal they offer. Sales support and Customer Service is non-existent. Please save yourself the aggravation and never sign with GNRG!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been thinking about switching to solar for a while, and these guys made it super easy. The crew showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and had the panels up before I knew it. My power bill’s been way lower since, and I’m honestly kicking myself for not doing it sooner.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a small issue with the monitoring app at first, but the tech fixed it the same day. You can tell they actually care about their customers.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. GNRG did such a solid job on my place that I’ve already told two friends to call them. The panels look clean and the system works flawlessly.
