Company uses deceptive sales practices and, in my case, many months with no installation and disappearing with no contact or explanation. My only review is BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY FROM GNRG!

Had to withdraw from the install agreement as GNRG never installed the system in 4 months after contract was signed and kept changing the underlying PPA agreement ( 3 times) to the Buyer's detriment. It has been a real nightmare to deal with them,. GNRG Sales would promise but never deliver, and disappear with no communications. I advise everyone to NEVER do BUSINESS with them, no matter how good a deal they offer. Sales support and Customer Service is non-existent. Please save yourself the aggravation and never sign with GNRG!!!
